At Kuhailan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with returns and refunds according to the policy below.
Return Eligibility
Timeframe
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
- Items must not be damaged due to misuse or wear
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Hygiene-sensitive products (if opened or used)
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization number
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided
Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item received was defective or damaged
- We sent the wrong item
- There was an error on our part
Shipping Recommendations
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refund Process
Inspection
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items not in original condition or missing parts
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund
- Return shipping will be covered by us
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us immediately
- We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent
- Return shipping for the wrong item will be covered by us
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
- Contact your bank

Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for return unless marked as "Final Sale." Refunds for sale items will be for the sale price paid.
