We ship to all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates:

International Shipping
We currently ship to select GCC countries. International shipping availability and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time and includes:

- Quality check
- Packaging
- Handover to courier

Business days are Saturday through Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Email confirmation with tracking number
- SMS notification with tracking link
- Real-time tracking updates

- Visiting your account on our website

Shipping Costs
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on:
- Orders over AED 200 within UAE

Shipping Cost Calculation
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Delivery location

Delivery Process
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful:
- You'll be contacted via phone/SMS
- Package may be held at local courier facility
- Additional fees may apply for re-delivery
Signature Required
For high-value orders (over AED 500), signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.
Delays and Issues
Potential Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Customs clearance (international orders)
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Recipient unavailability
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

- Provide your order number and photos (if damaged)
- We'll investigate with the courier
- Replacement or refund will be issued if confirmed
International Shipping
Customs and Duties
For international orders:
- Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient

- We are not responsible for customs delays or fees
Restricted Items
Some items cannot be shipped internationally due to customs restrictions. These will be indicated at checkout.
Order Modifications
Before Shipping
To modify your order before it ships:
- Contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp
- Provide your order number
- We'll do our best to accommodate changes
After Shipping
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified. You may refuse delivery or follow our return process once received.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:
- We'll contact you to arrange re-delivery
- Additional shipping fees may apply
- If no response within 7 days, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs
